$60 for a one hour virtual appointment. This also includes email support following our appointment, as long as it’s related to the topic we met about. Virtual follow up sessions will require an additional fee.
Choosing how to feed your baby can feel overwhelming, and most people end up with questions regardless of how many classes you take or books you read.
I will work with you to answer your unique questions or discuss any challenges you are encountering related to lactation and feeding your baby human milk. Appointments can be completed both prenatally or after your baby has been born and feeding has been established.
Some popular topics I help provide support and education for are:
What to expect during the first weeks of breastfeeding
Positioning and identifying a good latch
How to know if baby is getting enough milk
Choosing a breast pump
Creating a pumping and/or feeding schedule
Returning to work
Weaning
When to turn to seek additional help, and what resources exist
Please note that although this is customized education based on your specific needs and interests, it is not a comprehensive assessment of how your baby is feeding. I am not able to see anyone who is actively struggling with weight gain or whose provider has diagnosed them with Failure to Thrive.
Prior to us scheduling our call, you must fill out this form.
Afterwards, I will reach out to schedule a time for us to meet or to suggest an alternative that I think would be a better fit for your needs.
I also offer virtual and in-person lactation education classes. These classes can be held as a group or individually.
If you are interested in scheduling a class, or if you would like to host a class in your space please email me to discuss pricing and schedule a time.

In many cultures, people choose to ingest their placenta after giving birth. I use the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) method to prepare all placenta capsules, which involves steaming the placenta with herbs, dehydrating it at a low temperature, grinding it into fine powder and placing the powder into
capsules.Studies on placentophagy are very limited, but many people have reported some or all of the the following benefits after consuming their placenta:
Faster recovery time
Stabilize mood and hormones
Increased energy
Increased breastmilk supply
Reduced postpartum bleeding
Placenta encapsulation is not for everyone, and that’s okay! Many people want to honor their placenta in another way, to give thanks to the organ that helped grow and nourish their baby, and provided them with essential nutrients to keep them healthy for nine months. I also offer placenta prints and umbilical cord keepsakes, as a standalone service. All individuals purchasing placenta capsules will get a placenta print and umbilical cord keepsake included with their order.

Unlimited email and text support through the start of our work together until 12 weeks postpartum
